The president of the “Matica Albanaca Srbije”, Demo Berisha, said today that the gap between Belgrade and Pristina could be overcome very quickly and that the situation could be de-escalated in two hours, if the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, implemented the three demands that the EU and the USA had set for him, RTV reports.

Berisha says that if Kurti accepted the three demands, i.e. withdrew the special units from the north of Kosovo, withdrew the mayors, and created the conditions for holding new elections in which the Serbs from the north would participate, it would create the conditions for the third condition, which should be the first, and that is the formation of the CSM.

Berisha also said that Kurti wanted to provoke a conflict between NATO and the Serbian Army so that he would come out as the winner, which the West and Washington understood and were now trying to introduce him into politics in a soft way so that he would understand that he could not play with them.

By announcing certain measures against the Government of Kosovo and Kurti in terms of no travel, Berisha points out that it can be seen that America will suspend its involvement in gaining the will of NATO countries that have not recognized Kosovo, which, he believes, is the key thing at this moment.

"Because following everything that is happening, it is clear that Kurti is extremely angry with KFOR for not giving any information regarding the arrest of three Kosovo policemen in the territory of the Raska municipality," Berisha said.

He notes that Kurti will understand that he is not independent and that not everyone has recognized Kosovo, but that it is still under a protectorate.

"The UN is officially in Kosovo, the EU is involved as a key through EULEX, then KFOR, and then the government of Albin Kurti, so every action that Kurti has carried out so far without the consent of those three bodies, he committed a violation, that is, he trampled on the Resolution 1244," Berisha points out and adds that Kurti must understand that he must listen to the EU and Washington in this case.
