Haradinaj: Elections in the north must be postponed

The former prime minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said that the extraordinary elections in the north should be postponed due to the current situation, as reported by Reporteri.
"I don't believe that Kosovo benefits from being silent about the situation in the north. You know that the process of holding elections in the north is not sustainable now. Why are we in this situation? We know Serbia's agenda well, but does our government know the way to success? As far as I can see and from the information I have, the current situation does not lead us to success," Haradinaj says.
Haradinaj adds that the situation requires analysis.
"I call on the government and institutions to carefully consider the situation in the north and make a decision; I believe that the elections should be postponed and that it is the right decision," Haradinaj said at the Assembly session.
