Haradinaj: I do not support the Community; elections in the north are doomed
The president of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said that he did not support the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities and added that the elections in the north were doomed, Gazeta Express reports.
"I understand what it means when an international agreement turns into an issue that is considered in the Constitutional Court. Even if it is an international agreement, the moment you have a court decision, you stick to it," Haradinaj said.
Haradinaj added that he would help with the implementation of the agreement.
"In every article of the Agreement, there is something that is repeated. I help with implementation, but not through co-management. We do not have a joint government plan, and I will not join them in any way," Haradinaj points out.
Haradinaj believes that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti is under pressure.
"I met with Kurti. He is very tired, exhausted, and under pressure, his condition is bad," Haradinaj said.
According to him, the extraordinary elections in the north of Kosovo will fail.
"We will lose face again if the result is below the 10 percent participation level. Let us not deceive ourselves, and let us not be greedy. With our heads held high, we say that we are a country, we have a Constitution, we have laws, and we call elections. And where did we get to," Haradinaj asked.
