The head of the pulmonary diseases department of CHC "Kosovska Mitrovica", Dr. Milan Ivanovic, told for Kurir that Albin Kurti was turning Kosovo into a concentration camp for Serbs, apparently wanting to produce ethnic cleansing.

Ivanovic says that the violence in Kosovo cannot be said to be new, but only that the forms of that violence and pressures are very different.

"Albin Kurti is taking all possible measures in his strategy of making life miserable for Serbs, and this time it was his turn to make the economic and social life of Serbs difficult," said Dr. Ivanovic.

Reminding that the ban on the import of food and foodstuffs is in force, Ivanovic pointed out that the import of medicines was also prohibited.

"It will further endanger the life of Serbs in the social, economic sense, in terms of treatment. There is no right to treatment, there is no right to life. Kurti is turning this area into a concentration camp for Serbs, obviously wanting to produce the ultimate effect of ethnic cleansing of Serbs from these areas", concluded Ivanovic.
