Konjufca: This convocation of the Assembly of Kosovo does not deserve to continue its work
The session of the Assembly of Kosovo was postponed due to the lack of a quorum, and the President of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, assessed that the current convocation of the Parliament did not deserve to continue its work due to, as he said, the irresponsibility of certain deputies, Dukagjini reports.
The session of the Assembly of Kosovo was supposed to start at 10 am, but it was postponed due to the lack of quorum.
The President of the Kosovo Parliament criticized the behavior of certain MPs, stressing that it was "irresponsible".
"Since I see the irresponsible behavior of certain MPs, I think that this convocation does not deserve to continue its work," Konjufca said.
He added that voting had been scheduled today for most of the items that had been discussed at the previous, unfinished sessions, the continuation of which had been planned for today.
"Since the situation is like this, most of the items are up for a vote. The discussion was exhausted in the past sessions, and I know the position of some parties - that they will not vote for most of the items. The vote depends on the quorum of the majority, which cannot gather the deputies. See you at 12:30 when they promised me to bring them together," he said.
Even the last session of the Assembly was not held due to a lack of quorum.
