Kosovo flag and regional water company sign installed on public utility building in Leposavic

A sign reading "Regional Water Company J.S.C. Mitrovica" and a Kosovo flag were installed today on the building of the "24. novembar" Public Utility Company in Leposavic.

The flag of the Republic of Serbia has not been removed from the building.

The Director of the "24. novembar" Public Utility Company, Dragan Barac, told Kosovo Online that the sign and the Kosovo flag were installed today at around 3:00 p.m.

"The Regional Water Company will be responsible for water supply services, while the remaining municipal services, such as cemetery maintenance, market management, and public sanitation, will most likely be transferred to the municipality. At this point, however, it has not yet been precisely defined how everything will be organized," Barac said in a telephone statement.
