The basic agreement from Brussels from February 27 and its annex from March 18 from Ohrid should be implemented quickly, completely, and unconditionally, Prime Minister Albin Kurti said at a meeting with the Vice-President of the European Parliament Rainer Wieland, with whom he also discussed the normalization of relations with Serbia, Reporteri reported.
"The Prime Minister thanked Wieland for the continued support of the European Parliament in the process of Kosovo's integration into the European Union and the affirmation of the state of Kosovo. The Prime Minister cited the results during the two years of government, as evidenced by, apart from other international reports, the European Parliament's own report on Kosovo, which was recently published," the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement.
Wieland, as stated, pointed out that the obvious progress of Kosovo was not going unnoticed.
The meeting also discussed regional cooperation, economic integration of the region, and neighborly relations.
