Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that he did not give any guarantees to Serbia that they would not arrest Serbs or that they would not send forces to the north of Kosovo, Reporteri reports.

"Of course not. I cannot guarantee something that is outside or against the law and the Constitution of Kosovo. The only guarantee we give as a democratic government is the equality of all citizens," Kurti said.

As he added, he could guarantee constitutionality in all municipalities and economic growth and social well-being, which did not exclude anyone.

"I do not give promises and guarantees to criminals who have an arrest warrant or who are on the blacklist of the USA and Great Britain," Kurti said in an interview with Al Jazeera, when asked if he had given such guarantees to Serbia.
