Lawyer Delevic: Detention for up to 30 days for Vladimir Tolic also

Detention for up to 30 days had also been ordered for Vladimir Tolic from Zvecan, arrested in Banjska, who was receiving treatment in Pristina, his defense attorney, lawyer Milos Delevic, confirmed for Kosovo Online.

"He is in the hospital in Pristina, in the orthopedic department. He is stable and had leg surgery," Delevic said.

Tolic remained silent during consultations with his lawyer, and Delevic filed an appeal against the court's detention decision.

Previously, one-month detention was ordered for Dusan Maksimovic from Banjska and Blagoje Spasojevic from North Mitrovica.

Dusan Maksimovic is charged with the criminal offense of "preparing terrorism," while Blagoje Spasojevic is suspected of committing the criminal offense of "terrorism."
