Maliqi: When Washington says you are endangering the strategic interests of the US, then it is too late for anything
Analyst Shkelzen Maliqi stated that when Washington says that the strategic interests of the United States of America are endangered, it is too late for anything.
In a Facebook post, Maliqi commented on the latest reaction of the US Embassy regarding the failure to certify the Serb List for the December 28 elections.
"When Washington says that you are endangering the strategic interests of the United States of America, it is too late even to tell Kurti: 'pull yourself together'," Maliqi wrote.
As a reminder, the Embassy of the United States of America in Pristina emphasized that Self-Determination's attempts to block the certification of the Serb List for participation in the December 28 elections are shortsighted and divisive.
They stated that such actions undermine the stability of Kosovo and the interests of the United States, including the relaunching of the strategic dialogue.
The failure to certify the Serb List also prompted reactions from the EU Office in Kosovo, the OSCE, the Embassy of Italy, as well as the British Ambassador to Kosovo, Jonathan Hargreaves.
