Former diplomat Zoran Milivojevic believes that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has no intention of stopping in his violent and mindless moves in an attempt to conquer the north, Kurir writes.

Milivojevic says that Kurti wants to confirm Kosovo's statehood in the short term, with the use of force.

"It is certain that Kurti is implementing his political strategy of conquering Kosovo as a whole, in a violent way. He wants to confirm Kosovo's statehood in the short term, with the use of force. Starting with the declaration of non-existent organizations as terroristic, through the decision of illegitimate councilors, etc., everything is a part of the same mosaic that should implement the full sovereignty of Pristina. At the same time, he has the silent support of the Western centers of power, which can be seen in the fact that there is no political will for, say, the use of force by KFOR, which would prevent further repression and pogrom of the Serbs in the north," Milivojevic points out.

He adds that in essence, even the measures they decided on against Pristina do not prevent Kurti from creating an environment of fear, quickly and effectively, and reminding the Serbs to surrender and leave.

Professor Miroslav Bjegovic, dean of the Faculty of Security Studies, assesses that Kurti wants to conquer the north with terrorist methods.

"Obviously, he wants to fabricate a reason for the entry of the so-called Kosovo Army to the north under the pretext of fighting terrorism, but he does not realize that this will be a path of no return for his illegal formation, which was created from members of the terrorist KLA, which was marked as such by the US in 1999. This false and security-threatening attempt to name the north terrorist did not receive the support of any internationally relevant institution because they know very well the situation on the ground and Kurti himself, who wants to provoke an armed conflict in which he would try to draw Serbia into a war with NATO and then declare the north to be Albanian municipalities," Bjegovic points out.

He points out that Kurti does not realize that his expiration date is almost at the end, because he is the source of instability in the Western Balkans.
