Drecun: Declaration of terrorist organizations in the north is part of the plan to install the KSF there
Milovan Drecun, the President of the Committee for Kosovo and Metohija in the Serbian Parliament, stated that by declaring terrorist organizations in the north of Kosovo, Pristina is increasing the level of engagement of its forces, and that Pristina plans to find additional capacities within the Kosovo Security Forces and eventually seek approval from the KFOR commander to deploy them in the north under the pretext of combating non-existent terrorist organizations, RTS reports.
Drecun said that the decision of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti to declare "Civil Protection" and the "Northern Brigade" as terrorist organizations was an expected move and part of his plan for the complete occupation of Kosovo.
He emphasized that the "Northern Brigade" only exists in a few graffiti created by "some individuals," indicating that Kurti has declared those graffiti as a terrorist organization.
"They needed this move, and it became evident after the false flag operation when they staged the discovery of a car filled with weapons, narcotics, and Molotov cocktails. Pristina came up with the claim that it was weaponry, although it is unknown whose it is, who placed it there, why it wasn't hidden, and supposedly, Belgrade inserted it to supply nonexistent terrorist organizations," Drecun said in an interview with RTS.
According to him, Pristina has found terrorist organizations in something that does not exist.
"There is this 'Northern Brigade' and 'Civil Protection,' which were simply disbanded after the Brussels Agreement, and these individuals receive salaries from the temporary self-government institutions. The 'Northern Brigade' only exists in a few graffiti created by some individuals, so Kurti has declared those graffiti as a terrorist organization," Drecun stated.
Drecun asserted that there are no such organizations, adding that Kurti talks about pressure being exerted on people when they go to elections, forcibly taking them to protests, and considering it terrorism.
Drecun noted that the action of declaring terrorist organizations serves two purposes.
"Firstly, by declaring these alleged terrorist organizations, Pristina raises the level of engagement of the forces at its disposal. Until now, they claimed that there were criminal gangs in the north destabilizing the situation and that members of a special paramilitary police unit should combat them. That's why they were introduced to the north of Kosovo, to establish a supposed rule of law," Drecun explained.
Therefore, if they now raise the threshold from criminal gangs to terrorist organizations, as Drecun says, additional capacities are needed. He added that Pristina plans to find these capacities within the Kosovo Security Forces and eventually seek approval from the KFOR commander to deploy them in the north under the alleged pretext of fighting non-existent terrorist organizations.
"On the other hand, in this way, Pristina conditionally creates a legal basis and mechanism for the continuous further arrest of Serbs. Now they can declare anyone a terrorist. Kurti recently made a list of 350 Serbs, which he tried to hand over to Miroslav Lajcak, but he refused to accept it. At that time, Kurti labeled those Serbs as criminals, and now he can easily turn them into terrorists," Drecun explained.
Drecun emphasized that Western countries have strong intelligence services present in Kosovo, including KFOR (NATO) through KFOR, and they know very well whether any terrorist organizations exist or not.
"Yes, they exist. But they are among radical Islamists operating in Kosovo and Metohija. You can search for terrorists among them, but you cannot search for them among Serbs who peacefully protest to protect their rights," the President of the Committee for Kosovo and Metohija said.
He believes that both Pristina and the West know why this "game" is being played. According to him, it is a fact that the West has done nothing to prevent Pristina from pursuing such intentions.
"This decision has come into effect. Now they have the opportunity to declare anyone they want as a terrorist in northern Kosovo and arrest them. How can we expect, for example, elections to be held in northern Kosovo when anyone who goes to vote can be declared a terrorist and brutally arrested, as they have already done with some of our people," Drecun warned.
