An analyst from Tirana, Mentor Nazarko, stated that Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti had not gained anything during the meetings in Athens and that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic had fared the best, as reported by Gazeta Express.

Nazarko emphasized that it was good that Kurti participated but that it would have been successful, he noted, if he had met with representatives from Romania and Moldova, which had not recognized Kosovo.

He also mentioned that Kosovo had not received any confirmation of recognition from Greece and that it had missed the opportunity for that.

"Greece uses Kosovo in an anti-Turkish function, as Greece is no longer in the midst of a financial crisis and wants small companies to have a place in Balkan markets, which Turkey dominates, and Turkey also has excellent relations with Kosovo. Kosovo didn't win in this meeting, as Serbia did," Nazarko concluded.
