The Office for Kosovo and Metohija has issued a statement regarding the vandalization of a clinic in the multi-ethnic settlement Suvi Do near North Mitrovica, stating that extremists, blinded by hatred, were breaking and vandalizing everything with the Serbian prefix.

They mentioned in the statement that, as part of the ongoing wave of ethnic incidents in Kosovo, this time the target was a clinic whose windows were shattered and the metal doors with bars securing the health institution were torn out.

The consequences of this hooligan attack were noticed by a nurse upon arriving at the clinic, who, as they note, has been targeted by extremists multiple times.

"Although this health institution provides medical assistance to both Serbs and Albanians, it is clear that extremists, blinded by hatred, do not care about that but break and vandalize everything with the Serbian prefix. This attack has caused great concern among the locals, who receive much-needed medical assistance here. The Office for Kosovo and Metohija will, through its representatives on the ground, repair this damage and continue to invest in Serbian healthcare institutions in Kosovo," the statement said.
