Office for Kosovo and Metohija: The special forces are in the north to sow fear among the Serbs, not to keep the peace
The office for Kosovo and Metohija announced this evening, after the Kosovo special forces beat two Serbian children, that it is clear that the special police are in the north to sow fear among the Serbs, not to keep the peace.
"Members of Kurti's ROSU police brutally beat two children, K. R. (15) and D.R. (17). They forcibly stopped them while they were driving a quad, harassed them, pushed them, and then physically assaulted them," the Office's announcement states.
The brother and sister, as it is added, with bruises and hematomas, accompanied by their mother, were admitted immediately to the CHC Kosovska Mitrovica, to the surgery department, where they were given all the necessary help and complete diagnostics were performed, from ultrasound, X-rays, and because of the stress and shock they had suffered any other kind of help and support will be available to them.
"Now it is clear what Kurti's special police are doing in Zvecan and in general in the north of Kosovo and Metohija. They are not there to supposedly keep the peace, but to sow fear among Serbian families in Kosovo and Metohija. It is frightening that the institutional and physical violence perpetrated against Serbs by Albin Kurti on a daily basis is once again spilling over to our children, who are also not spared from Kurti's terror," said the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.
They expect an immediate reaction from the international community and punishment of the perpetrators.
"While innocent Serbs are dying in Kurti's casemates, until now the perpetrators have not been punished for any attack on Serbs. One thing is certain - as long as Kurti's police are in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, until then there will be neither peace nor security for the Serbs, and the degree of danger increases many times from day to day," the announcement concludes.
