Petkovic: Instead of feeding Sorensen false narratives about the dialogue, Kurti should explain why there is no CSM

Petar Petkovic, Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, pointed out that Albin Kurti, instead of trying to sell the old and inaccurate story to the new envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, Peter Sorensen, about how Belgrade allegedly violates agreements, should answer why since 2013 the Community of Serb Municipalities has not been established and why he unlawfully and forcefully closes Serbian institutions, which are supposed to be the foundation for its formation.

Petkovic explains that Albin Kurti only knows how to baselessly attack Belgrade and complain about the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, but that no one believes him anymore, not even his former voters, which is why, he notes, he also suffered a debacle in the elections.

As he tries to falsify the election results to the detriment of the Serbian people, Kurti also falsifies facts about the course of the dialogue so far, warns the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.

"Instead of trying to feed the old and inaccurate story to the new envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue about how Belgrade allegedly violates agreements, Kurti should answer why since 2013 the Community of Serb Municipalities has not been formed and why he unlawfully and violently closes Serbian institutions, which are supposed to be the basis for the formation of the CSM," Petkovic stated in a release.

It is clear, he emphasizes, that Kurti ruins everything he touches and systematically tries to manipulate data, whether it concerns the dialogue or the recently concluded elections.

"He has ruined all the achievements of the dialogue from 2013, and today he tries to falsify elections and the will of the Serbian people! So, he better answer why, days after the elections, we do not have counted results from all polling stations, especially Serbian ones? Why, by all means and through Albanian votes, is he trying to push his proxy Nenad Rasic into the parliament in Pristina? Why are key Serbian votes not counted, and why does the CEK app constantly 'crash'?" asked Petkovic.

According to him, Kurti is the last person who should be lecturing anyone on democracy and respecting rights since he fails that test daily.
