Petkovic: Svecla using staged press conferences to conceal the fact that his units shoot and beat innocent Serbs

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Petar Petkovic said that caretaker Kosovo Interior Minister Xhelal Svecla was using staged press conferences in an attempt to conceal the fact that his units were shooting Serbian children and beating innocent Serbs.

Petkovic reacted on the social media platform „X“ to the extraordinary press conference Svecla held today in Zubin Potok.

„All Svecla's theatrics and staged press conferences are in vain as he tries to conceal the fact that his units shoot Serbian children with impunity and brutally beat and arrest innocent Serbs! While Aleksandar Vucic preserves peace and protects Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, Svecla will always remain what he is - Kurti's henchman for dirty work and a villain fueled by hatred of Serbs,“ Petkovic wrote.

At today's press conference, while presenting weapons seized in the Municipality of Zubin Potok, Svecla said that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic was „trying to distort the picture of current developments in Kosovo.“
