Political analyst Arbnor Sadiku believes that the new round of high-level dialogue in Brussels serves the European Union to justify itself and claim that it has control over the political situation between Kosovo and Serbia.

"We have an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, after which Serbia tried to blame Kosovo for the failure of the agreement, while Kosovo tried to say that Serbia was guilty of not respecting the agreement," Sadiku told Kosovo Online.

Tomorrow, a round of dialogue is scheduled in Brussels, where Kosovo will be represented by Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia by President Aleksandar Vucic. As announced, EU Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak will first hold separate meetings with Vucic and Kurti, followed by a joint trilateral meeting.
