The vice-president of the Serb List, Igor Simic, said that the Serbs in Kosovo were carefully following today's talks in Brussels and that they had full confidence in the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic because they knew that he was fighting and persevering in the fight for their survival.

Simic told TV Pink that the Serbs were waiting to hear the outcome of today's talks.

"The Serbs have full confidence in President Vucic because they know that he is fighting and persevering in the fight for the survival of the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija. Regardless of who is at the negotiating table with him, Vucic bears the heavy burden of fighting for Serbian interests, and the Serbs in Kosovo have full confidence that he will fight for the best possible solution in these difficult circumstances," Simic stated.

He pointed out that the Albanian politicians in Kosovo were closing ranks, giving the negotiating team a wind at their backs to persevere in their efforts to avoid the implementation of the Brussels Agreement and everything that was in favor of the Serbs.

"In Belgrade, the opposition leaders, whatever Vucic does, will be against him, their own country, and their people in Kosovo and Metohija. This is something that the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija cannot understand, and they will certainly not forgive in the elections," Simic said.
