Starovic: Attack on the Red Cross in Zubin Potok a gross violation of Humanitarian Law

State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Nemanja Starovic, emphasized that the raid by Kosovo Police on the Red Cross facility in Zubin Potok is a shocking act that undermines the sanctity of humanitarian work.

“Shocking. Kosovo Police stormed the Red Cross premises in Gazivode, trampling on a humanitarian sanctuary,” Starovic stated on the social media platform “X.”

He stressed that “this reckless intrusion into a beacon of aid for the Serbian people” undermines the rule of law and endangers the lives of the most vulnerable.

Starovic called for accountability for what he described as a “scandalous breach of compassion and fundamental humanitarian principles.”
