Young people from the municipality of Strpce who are employed through the "My First Salary" program gathered today in front of the Post Office in the hope of being able to withdraw their earnings.

Although their salaries were deposited into their accounts, unfortunately, these young people were unable to withdraw their money because there were no dinars available. As we learned, the last delivery of dinars to the Post Office in Strpce was a month ago.

As of February 1st, the implementation of a regulation by the Central Bank of Kosovo banning payment transactions in dinars began in Kosovo. This regulation has affected all layers of society, hitting hardest the pensioners, disabled individuals, and recipients of social assistance.
