Elektrosever: Today and in the coming days, we are registering electricity meters in Albanian villages in northern Kosovo

Elektrosever workers will be visiting Albanian villages in northern Kosovo today and in the coming days to register and read electricity meters to have an insight into the actual situation on the ground before starting the electricity consumption billing, the company told Kosovo Online.

They explain that they will be visiting Albanian villages without the accompaniment of the Kosovo Police, but they have informed the police about the field activities that will be conducted in Albanian settlements to avoid any potential misunderstandings and incidents.

"In the previous period, we registered electricity meters in Serbian communities to assess the current situation, and we were met with understanding and very courteous reception from our people. Once we finish this fieldwork, we can talk about the first bills, which will be calculated based on a minimum lump sum amount," Elektrosever explained.
