At the polling stations in Leposavic, there was less congestion in the afternoon hours, and the displaced persons from Kosovo utilized their voting rights at a conditional polling station. The electoral site was also visited by representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Petra Bajer and Silvija Afholder.

Sasa Arsic, a displaced person from Pristina who lives in Belgrade, came and stated that he fulfilled his civic duty.

"I am originally from Pristina, a displaced person, living in Belgrade, I came to perform my civic duty, it is my obligation," said Arsic.

Stanko Veljkovic, a displaced person from Prizren, came from Belgrade and emphasized the importance of us all being humans without distinction.

"I expect that at least something will be better, it doesn't have to be 100%, but it should be close, that we are all the same, in everything. That we do not argue and that it does not come to this 'who sold, what sold, where lives, how lives'. We should all be good people, as Patriarch Pavle said, that is my wish," Veljkovic pointed out.

Rade Petrovic from Kosovska Mitrovica has been living in Belgrade since 1999.

"We must hope and be patient, it will be just as nice for Serbs as today. I greet all Serbs, be patient," Petrovic said.
