The leader of the Democratic Union for Integration, a political party in North Macedonia, Ali Ahmeti, spoke today at a protest held in Pristina to express dissatisfaction with the work of the Specialist Court in The Hague. He stated that representatives of Albania and North Macedonia in the Council of Europe should request a revision of the 2011 Council of Europe Resolution, as, according to him, numerous sources have proven that there was never any trafficking in human organs by the KLA, which was the basis for the establishment of the Specialist Court.

Ahmeti further stated that instead of serving justice, the Specialist Court serves prejudice.

He noted that the Court has investigated and unjustly prosecuted only one side, while, as he said, “it has systematically excluded the violence of the Serbian state.”

“Moreover, the court in The Hague collaborates with the state structures of occupying Serbia, accepting as incriminating evidence materials submitted by those who committed crimes,” Ahmeti said, as reported by Klan Kosova.

He added that Albanians do not accept foreigners writing their history, let alone a court that lacks the jurisdiction and has lost its integrity.
