Arifi: Osmani promised me that the CSM would not be formed

The President of Presevo Municipality, Shqiprim Arifi says that at the meeting with Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, she promised that the CSM would not be formed, even though it was clear to him that the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia would be implemented, Gazeta Express reports.

Arifi says that the President of Kosovo promised him that the Community would not be formed.

"When I was in a meeting with Vjosa Osmani, I presented this information, but she told me that the Community had not been established," he says.

Arifi also made accusations against Kosovo Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, saying that he had been declared persona non grata by the US, although this had not been made official yet.

"It was clear to me that this agreement would be implemented. Albin Kurti is a person 'non grata' in the US, although this has not been made official," Arifi said.

He pointed out that Kurti in various ways had pursued a policy that had harmed the Albanians from Presevo.
