olitical analyst Aida Derguti commented on the current developments in the Assembly and the presidency session scheduled for tomorrow, saying that this is yet another electoral calculation by the Self-Determination Movement, which, according to her, is dissatisfied with the results of February 9. She pointed out that Serbian voters want authentic representatives whom they themselves elect, not those who, as she claims, are instrumentalized by Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

Derguti stated that this is yet another electoral calculation by the Self-Determination Movement, which is trying to lead the country into snap elections.

"With the election of the Speaker of the Assembly it seemed that the crisis had been resolved, but the second step looks quite strange because it is being debated over individual names for the deputy speakers – that is absurd," she said.

She explained that by such actions Self-Determination is violating the Constitution, Telegrafi reports.

"This means that Self-Determination is deliberately dragging out the situation by violating the Constitution, which will again require an additional deadline for consideration before the Constitutional Court. I am certain that their plan is for parliamentary elections to be held simultaneously with the local ones, if they manage to achieve that," Derguti said.

She added that, on the eve of the local elections, Self-Determination is making a concession to the Serb List by politicizing the election of the deputy speaker from that party.

"By politicizing the election of the deputy speaker from the Serb List, Self-Determination is doing them a favor in these local elections, because we know that Rasic does not profit from that support or from that approach which the government has toward him. Serbian voters want their authentic representatives, not someone instrumentalized by Kurti," Derguti concluded.
