Majko: Kosovo risks entering the "antechamber of failed states"
Former Albanian Prime Minister Pandeli Majko said that the election of Kosovo's president is turning into a "suicidal game."
In a Facebook post, he said that the newly created situation is "killing" the mechanism for finding a solution to the crisis.
Majko went on to say that Kosovo seriously risks entering the "antechamber of failed states."
"The situation created in Kosovo politics is 'killing' the last mechanism for finding a solution to the crisis. That mechanism is linked to early elections. Voters have 'frozen' the results and the crisis of disagreement. At the ballot box, Kosovo remains an orphan. Kosovo seriously risks entering the antechamber of failed states. The last hope is growing tired of the idea that one side's failure in relation to the other is a 'solution.' True darkness is not the darkness we know, but the conviction that light will not come," Majko wrote.
