Djuric: The international community should use all available means to stop Kurti's rampage
The Ambassador of Serbia to the USA, Marko Djuric, assessed that Kurti's government is "purging the remaining Serbs from Kosovo literally around the clock" and that the time has come for the international community to use "all available means to end Kurti's rampage".
"After illegally banning the Serbian dinar and cutting the lifeline upon which the very existence of the Serbian community is dependent - it is now forcefully cracking down on the remaining medical facilities and community centers, and continuing to arrest, harass and terrorize the civilian Serb population," said Djuric on platform "X".
He added that concrete action by the international community is needed.
"The time has come for the international community to use all, and I emphasize ALL available means to end Kurti's rampage.
While it is good that there is a broad international condemnation of the ongoing actions of Kurti and his lieutenants, what is needed is a strong and concrete action," Djuric said.
According to him, if Kurti is not prevented now, it would probably mean a strategic failure "from which the region may not recover for generations".
"One thing is certain - a monoethnic Kosovo has no future at all," said Djuric.
