The German Embassy in Pristina told Kosovo Online that it welcomes the withdrawal of the resignations submitted by Serbian judges, prosecutors, and judicial administrative staff, while at the same time expressing concern over the acceptance of resignations that had previously been withdrawn.
In its response to Kosovo Online, the German Embassy in Pristina stated that Kosovo, as a multiethnic society, must ensure that its judicial system reflects the ethnic diversity of its population.
"The reintegration of Serbian judicial personnel represents a key step in accordance with Kosovo's legislation and the agreements reached in the Dialogue," the Embassy said.
The Embassy added that it shares the position previously expressed by the European Union on this matter.
"We welcome the withdrawal of the resignations submitted by Serbian judges, prosecutors, and judicial administrative staff. We share the European Union's concern over the acceptance of resignations that had already been withdrawn," the German Embassy in Pristina stated.
