Guerot: It is essential that the actions do not have a negative impact on the Kosovo’s Serb community

Olivier Guerot, the Ambassador of France to Pristina, stated that it is essential that the measures taken in connection with the Law on Foreigners do not have a negative impact on the living conditions of the Serbian community in Kosovo.

“I welcome the joint announcement by EU Special Representative Peter Sorensen and Aivo Orav, and Prime Minister Kurti. The goodwill of all parties has made it possible to find concrete solutions. It is essential that the actions undertaken do not have a negative impact on the living conditions of the Kosovo’s Serb community. I commend the European Union’s proactive and very positive role,” Guerot said in a post on the social media platform X.
