Haliti: Suspension of strategic dialogue with the US is a consequence of Kurti's policy

Former Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Xhavit Haliti stated that Washington's progress in dialogue with Belgrade and the suspension of dialogue with Kosovo are the result of the policies pursued by Kosovo's Prime Minister in a caretaker capacity, Albin Kurti, both domestically and on the international stage.

He assessed that Kosovo suspended dialogue with the United States through the actions of Albin Kurti's government.

"We will continue to have problems with Serbia for a long time. International pressure can achieve results, so that we can begin the path recommended by our friends, to overcome certain issues and provide each other with a perspective... The dialogue was, figuratively speaking, suspended by Kosovo, not Serbia. Through poor governance, Kosovo imposed sanctions on America," Haliti told Kosova Press.
