The Kosovo Privatization Agency (KAP) announced that today, with the assistance of the Kosovo Police, it has taken possession of the premises of the social enterprise Jugobanka, specifically the branches in Zubin Potok, Zvecan, and Leposavic.

According to the statement, this action was taken "with the aim of establishing legality and legal management of socially-owned property."

"This property was illegally used by the Serbian Postanska Stedionica Bank until May 20, 2024, when the relevant institutions of Kosovo closed these units of the so-called Postal Savings Bank. The Privatization Agency thanks the Kosovo Police and other relevant institutions for helping and enabling the implementation of the legal mandate throughout the entire territory of Kosovo," reads the statement published on Facebook by KAP Board member Mentor Hiseni.
