Linta: The Albin Kurti’s chauvinistic regime is trying to make the Serbs disappear permanently from Kosovo and Metohija
The president of the Association of Serbs from the region, Miodrag Linta, assessed that this morning's physical attack by four Albanians on the Serbian boy Lazar Milutinovic (15) in the Suvi Do settlement was a premeditated act with the aim of continuously sowing fear among Serbs in Kosovo, RTV reports.
"We are talking about an ethnically mixed settlement in Kosovska Mitrovica where there are members of the Kurti’s police who, with their ethnically motivated behavior, encourage and incite Albanian extremists to carry out physical attacks on Serbs. The Albin Kurti’s chauvinistic regime is trying to achieve its goal to make Serbs permanently disappear from Kosovo and Metohija due to violence, violation of agreements and inciting rhetoric," Linta said.
Linta reminded that after the attempted murder of Stefan and Milos Stojanovic in Strpce and the beating of Stefan Tomic in Klokot, this is the third case of attacks on Serbian young men and boys in the last 15 days.
"It is a tragic fact that Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija do not have the same human rights as Albanians, but are exposed to ever stronger pressures and increasingly frequent violence," Linta said.
