Lushi: Kosovo is stagnating, it needs capable leadership

Publicist and Albanian activist in the USA, Uk Lushi, assessed, after visiting some countries of the region, that development could be seen everywhere compared to last year, except in Kosovo, Gazeta Blic reported.

Lushi pointed out that he spent two weeks each in Kosovo, North Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro.

"Everywhere it was seen that there was vitality and progress compared to last year, except in Kosovo. In Kosovo, there was mostly stagnation. States cannot develop without vision, work and investment," Lushi said.

He added that the citizens of Kosovo needed capable leadership to initiate rapid growth and development with capital investments.

"In the three years of Kurti's government, it is clear that there have been weaknesses in governance. I hope that the next time I am in Kosovo, I will see a new approach," Lushi concluded.
