Petkovic: Only Rasic has reason to smile amid Kurti's terror and the suffering of Serbs
The Director of the Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, commented today on Nenad Rasic's participation in an event attended by acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Zubin Potok, saying that "only Rasic has reason to smile because of Kurti's terror and the suffering of Serbs."
"A picture speaks louder than a thousand words. Today, Rasic is smiling as he poses with his patron Kurti in Zubin Potok, where the homes and weekend houses of law-abiding Serbs are being demolished, while Serbian householders are being arrested, detained, and driven away," Petkovic wrote on the social media platform X.
He added that the Serbian people know that no hardship lasts forever, but that disgrace endures.
"Only Rasic has reason to smile in the face of Kurti's terror and the suffering of Serbs because he has neither shame nor dignity. But the Serbian people know that no hardship lasts forever, whereas disgrace and shame remain forever," Petkovic said.
Earlier today, Rasic attended the inspection of the reconstructed Ibar-Lepenac canal in central Zubin Potok together with acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti, acting Minister of Spatial Planning Artane Rizvanolli, and Faruk Mujka, Director of the Ibar-Lepenac company.
The visit also prompted a reaction from the Serb List, which stated that "it is clear whom Rasic represents—and it certainly is not the Serb people."
