Sarrazin: It is time to start the CSM formation talks

German Special Envoy for Western Balkans, Manuel Sarrazin, said that it was time to start discussions on the formation of the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities and for Kosovo Government to show that it was not a taboo topic, the Albanian newspaper Reporteri reported.

"The Community of Serb-majority Municipalities is a matter of dialogue and it is the right time to start discussions to draw out the main concepts, to show that it is not a taboo topic that the Government will discuss," he said.

Speaking about license plates, Sarrazin pointed out that the situation was tense and that the Government should find a solution, and not base everything on principles alone.

"We believe that Kosovo Government has the right to solve the issue of the license plates, but principles only are not what we need," Sarrazin said.
