Selakovic: Once again, the Serbian land is soaking up the spilled Serbian blood without any provocation

The attack on Milan Jovanovic, Serbian children, and daily attacks on Serbian sanctities and cemeteries were the true and only image of the politics of the Pristina authorities, the Minister of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs of Serbia, Nikola Selakovic, said today.

"Once again, the terrorist units of Albin Kurti, who hide under the name of special units of the so-called Kosovo Police ROSU, have shown that the least that Kurti and his like-minded people are interested in is the peace and security of the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija. And while Kurti and the international community are waving agreements and talking about some kind of implementation of the agreement, the Serbian land is once again soaking up the spilled blood of the Serbs without any provocation," Selakovic emphasized in a statement for Kosovo Online.

The wounding of Milan Jovanovic just two days from the 24th anniversary of the beginning of the battle at Kosare, he says, is not accidental.

Just as, he adds, it was no accident that Serbian children were injured on Christmas Eve this year, while they were carrying a Serbian Christmas tree home, just as it was no accident that a series of other attacks on the Serbs were just because they are Serbs, who do not want to leave their centuries-old hearths.

"The attack on Milan Jovanovic, Serbian children, and daily attacks on Serbian sanctities and cemeteries are the true and only image of the so-called Kosovo politics. How much more blood needs to be spilled for the whole world to understand who stands for peace and dialogue, and who stands for weapons and violence. Serbia and President Aleksandar Vucic will never give up insisting on the formation of the CSM, we will always look for solutions at the table, but we will never deviate from protecting our people in Kosovo," Selakovic said.
