The Serb List: Instead of condemning the attempted murder of Jovanovic, Ambassador Hovenier is worried
The Serb List and the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija are deeply concerned that the US ambassador in Pristina, Mr. Hovenier, is concerned. Instead of clearly condemning the attempted murder of Milan Jovanovic last night at the illegal checkpoint of Kurti's parapolice units on Bistrica Bridge, he is worried.
As further emphasized in the announcement, only after the Serb List had reacted and indicated that Milan Jovanovic had been the victim of an armed attack by Kurti's Special Forces, who were illegally located in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, late in the afternoon, a concerned Mr. Hovenier had spoken up and had sent this shameful statement which diminishes the responsibility of those who shed Serbian blood, with which the concerned ambassador caused the concern of all Serbs, especially since he is working to normalize the situation.
"What's more, this is not the first case in which the attack on the Serbs is relativized, and the responsibility of the criminals is diminished. As a reminder, because of the burnt car for which nobody's responsibility was determined, all Quint embassies, international missions, and organizations reacted, and some ambassadors even called out the Serb List, and when a Serb, a civilian, was shot for the third time last night, even a father of three children, there were no condemnations from the ambassadors of the Quint nor demands to stop the attacks on innocent Serbian citizens. With this kind of action, it is clear to all our citizens that Quint ambassadors are doing everything contrary to what is necessary for the normalization of relations in Kosovo and Metohija," the announcement of the Serb List reads.
