The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, met with the commander of NATO’s Joint Force Command in Naples, Admiral George Wikoff, and during the meeting emphasized the importance of KFOR for peace and the protection of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, while insisting on respect for the Kumanovo Agreement and United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244.

“A significant meeting with the commander of NATO’s Joint Force Command in Naples, Admiral George Wikoff, during which we discussed strengthening cooperation between Serbia and NATO while preserving military neutrality. I emphasized the importance of KFOR for peace and the protection of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, while insisting on respect for the Kumanovo Agreement and Resolution 1244,” Vucic stated.

The President of Serbia emphasized that regular dialogue and mutual trust remain key to regional stability and security.

“Serbia remains committed to cooperation through the Partnership for Peace program, while respecting its national interests and sovereignty,” Vucic said.
