The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said this evening that the European Union's reaction to the appointment of Nenad Rasic as a minister in the Government in Pristina was, to put it mildly, shameful.

"The election of Rasic, a man who won less than 1 percent, as well as Rada Trajkovic, who was on his list, shows that they want the persecution, expulsion, and disappearance of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija," Vucic said.

He stated that the EU's statement had shown a "wretched and anti-Serbian attitude".

"What the terrorist scum Albin Kurti did - and I have been silent about him for months, years, I have been suffering nonsense from everyone in the region and the EU - the terrorist scum should have received the well-deserved condemnation of the EU, but of course, he did not. He received something that maybe I can understand and maybe no one can. And that's how they behave every time. Not only did they violate the norms of the Brussels Agreement, but also the norms of international public law and all the democratic principles by which someone is elected and they don't care because it is in line with the interests of the European powers and in accordance with the interests that someone should implement but against the Serbs," Vucic said.

As he added, "they imagined that it could happen that way".

"They have chosen the worst Serbian scum, from the very bottom – Rasic and Rada Trajkovic, there simply aren't any worse. They don't have anyone's trust in Kosovo, but they have the trust of the terrorist scum Albin Kurti and the Western agencies that put them in that position, thinking that they would destroy Serbia and scare us. Thinking that they will say: “You are alone in the world, you can't do anything”. No problem, you can destroy the president of Serbia and organize protests again in Serbia, you can kill me, whatever you want, for me, Kosovo and Metohija are the greatest Serbian sanctities. For me, Serbia is sanctity. It is better that I'm not here than to hand it over to you! And I'm not going to hand it over to you," Vucic told Pink.

He stated that because of that, for the first time, no one from Serbia would be at the EU-Western Balkans summit in Tirana on December 6.

"And you are coming, do what you want, all of you from Europe and the Western Balkans, and you cannot find what Serbia is guilty of, so let's see what you are going to do and how you are going to do it. And then the next time you address Serbia, take care of everything that has been adopted in Brussels so far and whether it has been implemented. Take care of your statements, and respect Serbia and the citizens of Serbia, because the citizens of Serbia are not the least important and I will not allow you to humiliate them, I will never allow you to do that again, and you have done it countless times. No more," Vucic said.

He added that "Serbia is on its own and will protect itself".

"And, you terrorist scum, be cautious not to hurt any Serb together with these quislings you have chosen, because the Serbs, together with the state of Serbia, will know how to answer you, And for you in Europe, shame on you! And that's a small thing compared to what I would like to tell you," Vucic said.

He also announced that he would have a more thorough answer on Saturday.
