Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will meet with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Brussels on Sunday evening or Monday morning, at the invitation of the European administration, and the topic will be the latest tensions in Kosovo caused by Kurti's government's unilateral actions, Novosti found.

The EU representative's idea is to find a way out of the current stalemate, which was created by Kurti's decision to impose the use of RKS (Republic of Kosovo) license plates on Serbs in Kosovo.

The authorities in Pristina plan to, as of Monday November 21, start issuing EUR 150 fine to any driver who does have the RKS license plates. Indignant due to these Pristina moves, the Serbs left all Kosovo institutions, determined not to return until the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities is formed, and the decision on the new license plates implementation is annulled.
