Jarinje: The fifth day of blocking the entry of trucks with Serbian goods into Kosovo
Source: Kosovo Online
At the Jarinje administrative crossing, Serbian goods are still not allowed to enter Kosovo, nor are trucks with Serbian license plates allowed to cross, whether they are empty or carrying goods.
As reported by the Kosovo Online reporter, at the administrative crossing of Jarinje, passenger cars were operating normally, with increased control of vehicles and passengers.
Trucks with Serbian license plates are not even allowed to enter Kosovo from Albania.
There is still no official decision by the Pristina authorities to ban the entry of Serbian goods, except for the statement by Prime Minister Albin Kurti that controls at the crossings had been tightened.
The unilateral decision of the Kosovo authorities to ban the entry of Serbian goods began to be implemented on June 14 and is still in force despite calls from the international community, businessmen, and chambers of commerce of Serbia and Kosovo to withdraw it.
