Professor Bauer: There was no genocide in Srebrenica

Professor Jehuda Bauer of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem believes that there was no genocide in Srebrenica and, as he states, it was a mass killing of members of one group by members of another group.
Bauer, considered one of the world's leading authorities on Holocaust and genocide issues, says in a documentary produced by the Center for Social Stability that Srebrenica cannot be considered a typical case of genocide.
"Srebrenica cannot be considered a typical case of genocide. It was a mass killing of members of one group by members of another group. There are hundreds of such cases throughout history," Bauer said in an interview conducted for the documentary "Anatomy of Deception: Srebrenica" produced by the Center for Social Stability.
Bauer's status as one of the world's foremost authorities on Holocaust and genocide issues is evidenced by the fact that he serves as the honorary president of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance.
Two days ago, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic stated during an appearance on TV Pink that he hopes Professor Jehuda Bauer will clarify the nature of the crimes in Srebrenica, which the distinguished Israeli professor has indeed done.
