After Lajcak's return from Washington, the messages will also be directed toward EU leaders

The political symphony that was absolutely created on European soil during the mandates of Macron and Scholz, after Genscher, Kohl, Merkel, Mitterrand, Giscard d’Estaing, Hollande, Gorbachev, and Yeltsin, cannot even be composed by the chorus of European and US politicians with weapons. On one side, the West conducts, with America and NATO at the head, and on the other side, the baton is held by the East, led by Russia.

The outline melody of peace was written orally in Malta, in 1989, by Gorbachev, when the last president of the USSR dissolved the Warsaw Pact, which surprised Bush the Elder himself. However, Clinton, with his saxophone in a high political tone, without the consent of the UN Security Council, trumpeted the approval of the attack of 17 NATO countries on FR Yugoslavia, in whose sky the most modern sky fleet whistled, sowing bombs and taking the lives of innocent citizens, from babies to residents in elderly years.

NATO's political plagiarism from the FR Yugoslavia, where Kosovo was seceded by arms, is being applied by Putin in Ukraine. With this move, Russia, in the final result, practically returns to the role of establishing balance in the world. Instead of unipolarity, the political world will be bipolar. Old Europe and the US are facing Russia and China, to which the countries of Asia, South America, and the African continent are increasingly leaning. Peace in Ukraine would lead to the political determination of the countries in the new bipolar division of the world.

For a few years, US policy was conducted without war conflicts. Their foreign policy is primarily oriented towards the suppression of communism, as the main enemy, since 1947, when the Cold War began between the US and its coalition partners against countries where communist ideology prevailed. In fact, both winners of the Second World War - the US and the USSR - clashed in the Cold War because they represented opposing ideological and economic systems and permanently demonstrated their own supremacy with new weapons technology, where the possibility of using the first mass nuclear weapons was not excluded. In 1959, atomic missiles aimed at the USSR were stationed in Turkey and Italy, and in 1962, the "Thor" and "Jupiter" atomic missiles in Turkey were ready for use and aimed at the USSR. With the end of the Cuban Missile Crisis, missiles from Cuba, Turkey, and Italy were withdrawn, but the Cold War continued until the fall of communism.

We are now witnessing the war in Ukraine and facing the ever-increasing danger of the use of nuclear weapons. Still, there remains a glimmer of hope that the US has realized where this war can lead the world. First of all, the US wants to make Europe understand its further political appetites and compose the order in Europe with the aim of taming, first of all, the Balkans through Kurti and thus cut off the right of the US over Europe, and therefore over Germany. If Germany were to break free from the American clutches, the chancellor's first trip after the election would no longer have to be to the US in order to sign the chancellor's loyalty protocol.

With his visit to China, Blinken made it known that he respected Taiwan as the integrity of the territory of the country whose president is Xi. If it were to be framed in a diplomatic envelope, it can be inferred that the US is sending a message through China that the economic new global division of the world is approaching the goal, where the borders of the new world will be underlined, in which China will be economically adaptable to the capitalist world, and in its own country, to modify communism on market interests adapted to the world economy.

Lajcak's trip to Washington for a political and strategic briefing on how to further build the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina refers to the strategic task of Europe to establish normalization in the relationship in order to bring the former regional space closer to Euro-Atlantic integration as soon as possible. Recently, Macedonian Prime Minister Kovacevski also visited the US, from where he returned with a message to the opposition of his country that he should support the change of the Republic of North Macedonia Constitution in order for the country to realize the Euro-Atlantic processes and provide its citizens with European perspectives. We can freely state that this message also applies to the entire region because the US never looks at North Macedonia outside of the Balkans and the European context of unification under NATO and the EU.

Therefore, after Lajcak's return from Washington, the messages will not only be directed toward Vucic and Kurti, but also toward the leaders of the European Union, and above all towards the leaders of France and Germany, the countries that formed the framework of all the agreements - the Minsk agreements, the Brussels agreement for normalization relations between Belgrade and Pristina, the Prespa agreement, by which the Republic of North Macedonia has not been implemented yet in the EU because Bulgaria has a conditional veto. If you take a closer look at the results of all the agreements, war is emerging everywhere.

The violation of international law on the territory of the FR Yugoslavia by NATO's military force was retaliated in the same way by Russia on the soil of Ukraine. The territorial sovereignty and integrity of Ukraine and Serbia could be restored before the use of military power, but it is tantamount to a miracle, like if the Earth remained intact after the strongest earthquake in the world.

Therefore, there is peace in the new world, with new geopolitical borders, compromised power sharing, and the balance of power between Russia and the US. A practical example will be the issues of Kosovo and Ukraine. This division will direct the decisions of world leaders where they will introduce their countries, no matter how far they are from Serbia and Ukraine.
