Bajrami: The Government should publish the data on how many citizens have fled Kosovo since it took power
LDK deputy Hykmete Bajrami, regarding the statement of Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Minister of Finance Hekuran Murati that there are more than 400,000 active jobs in the economic sector, pointed out that the Kosovo Government was engaged in manipulation and propaganda, while, as she stated, the truth was completely different.
On Facebook, Bajrami asked the Kosovo authorities to publish the actual situation on the number of young people who had left Kosovo.
She compared the number of employees during the previous years and pointed out that the employment trend was going down.
"Publish the figures of how many citizens have fled Kosovo since you took over all levels of government. Employment trends are on a downward trajectory. In December 2019, there were 331,811 employees, next year at the same time 356,909 employees, and in December 2021, 378,385 employees. In July of this year, there were 404,965 employees, that is, 26,580 more than a year and a half ago. While previously 21,000 to 26,000 new jobs were created in a year, now we have 26,580 more new jobs in a year and a half. The trend is downward," Bajrami explained.
She added that Kosovo was still under sanctions, as a result of Kurti's policy.
