Barbano: Court decision on Visoki Decani obliges all individuals and institutions in Kosovo

The Head of the EULEX Mission, Giovanni Pietro Barbano, stated that questioning the court decision regarding the return of land to the Visoki Decani Monastery undermined the rule of law in Kosovo.

He wrote on the social network 'X' that the court decision from 2016 obliged all institutions in Kosovo.

"Questioning the decision of the Constitutional Court undermines the independence of the judiciary, undermining the rule of law. The 2016 decision to return the land to the Visoki Decani Monastery obliges all individuals and institutions, without exception," Barbano wrote.
