The incident today in the Assembly of Kosovo was initiated by the Deputy Prime Minister and chief negotiator in the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade, Besnik Bislimi, when he tore up the "hello" banner put up by the opposition MPs.

After that, PDK Deputy Mergim Lushtaku reacted, who approached Kurti behind the lectern and poured water on him from a glass. At that, Besnik Bislimi stood up and threw a bottle of water at Lushtaku.

As can be seen in the video, in the general commotion and exchange of blows between the MPs and ministers from the Self-Determination Movement and MPs from the opposition PDK, the video shows Bislimi being slapped at one point. Then the Vice President of the Kosovo government tries to deal with the people in front of him by randomly clapping his hands.

During that time, security managed to move Kurti aside, and in the crowd, he almost lost his jacket.
