The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, stated that any agreement proposal that does not include Kosovo as an independent state and its recognition, i.e. membership in the United Nations, is a good topic and basis for further discussion, RTS reports.

"We are far from a definitive proposal, but Serbia has clearly stated what its red lines were. We are ready to talk. It is important to participate in the dialogue," Dacic said.

He does not see progress in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina without pressure on Albin Kurti.

As Dacic said, President Aleksandar Vucic would decide on going to Tirana for the Summit of the Western Balkan leaders, and the decision would be in the interest of Serbia.
