Attorney Milos Delevic emphasized that the autopsy report for three Serbs who died in Banjska has not yet been delivered, stating that the Pristina side will have to provide it when charges are raised, given that other deadlines have not been met.

Pristina has once again employed double standards of justice that apply only in the case of Kosovo Serbs, according to Novosti.

While the families of the victims in Banjska—Stefan Nedeljkovic (31) from Zvecan, Igor Milenkovic (50) and Bojan Mijailovic (30) from Leposavic—have been waiting for the autopsy report for more than six months, the detention has been extended by another two months for suspects in the Banjska clashes, Vladimir Tolic, Blagoje Spasojevic, and Dusan Maksimovic, who have been in custody since September 26.

"Tolic, Spasojevic, and Maksimovic have had their detention extended for another two months. The investigation is ongoing, various expert analyses are being conducted, and once they are completed, the Special Prosecutor will raise charges. I asked the special prosecutor for the autopsy report, but it is still not ready, and it is unknown when it will be," Delevic told Novosti.

Delevic, Tolic's legal representative, also requested a medical report on his client's health status on Friday.

"His health status is still questionable; he has rods in his leg that have not yet been removed. I will ask the judge for medical documentation so that the family can see with a doctor whether he is being treated properly, whether it is time for the rods to be removed, and whether the wound has healed," the lawyer emphasized.

Although the law on forensic medicine in Kosovo stipulates that the forensic-medical report on autopsy findings should be completed within 15 days, and that in the case of additional analyses, it can be extended up to 30 days or at most 60 days, all deadlines have been breached and there is no indication that the agony of the families will soon end and that they will learn how their loved ones were killed.

The autopsy was completed on September 30, when the bodies were handed over to the families, as confirmed at the time by the director of the Institute of Forensic Medicine, Ditor Haliti, reports are not finished.

As officials in Serbia have previously stated, Serbia has reliable information and evidence that the Kosovo police cold-bloodedly, cruelly, and brutally killed three Serbs in Banjska.

According to their knowledge, Mijailovic was cruelly killed after being lightly wounded, falling to the ground, and surrendering.

Due to the incident in Banjska, as reported by Novosti, Serbia faces constant pressures from the international community, which only demands accountability and punishment of participants in these attacks from the Serbian side.

Thus, at the last UN Security Council session, Western representatives mentioned Banjska, demanded from Serbia that the perpetrators be punished for the murder of an Albanian policeman, while no one mentioned the three Serbs.
