Delevic: Vicentijevic remanded in custody for 30 Days

Attorney Milos Delevic stated to Kosovo Online that Dragisa Vicentijevic, who was arrested, has been placed in judicial custody for 30 days.

"He is suspected of committing serious criminal offenses, specifically damaging the Ibar-Lepenac canal. However, finding wet and dirty boots and a weapon in someone's home cannot be sufficient evidence to substantiate reasonable suspicion for such serious crimes," the attorney said.

Delevic noted that Vicentijevic denied any wrongdoing.

"He was in a completely different location at the time, and there were many witnesses at that location. I believe we will prove his innocence during the investigation," the lawyer said, adding that he will file an appeal within the legal deadline.
